Detailed Product Description
The stands are of welded structure. Bobbins loading/unloading by the stands open/close.
Line speed is tracked by the photo electricity encoder controlled by PLC.
The diameter of applicable cable is 5-120mm. The diameter specification can be preset by input key. The gear box and the sliding seat is made as an integral body.
The lifting/lowering is smoothly to enhance the work efficiency.
The overall stand is moving together with bobbins on the ground rails for traversing.
It is mainly used for the payoff & take-up of cabling, extrusion, vulcanization and CCV lines.
