This rigid frame stranding line is used for the stranding, compact stranding, drawing compact stranding and single core compact preforming of round conductors and sector shape conductors of bare aluminum, bare copper and steel core aluminum wires.

Rigid Strander: The bobbins are located in four equal sections inside the rotating cage. The center shaft of the stranding cage will not be loaded by the bobbins weight and therefore the rigid stranding machine is strong, low in rotating inertia and can rotate at high speed. The rigid strander uses 36-step gear box for transmission and uses dual driven and dual-wheel capstans. The wire separation wheel separates the wire freely in order to avoid scratching of wires during the stranding process. The rigid frame stranding line will stop automatically in case of wire break at any one of the bobbins. This Rigid Stranding machine is ideal for the production of power cables and XLPE cables.
